Fiebig floating belt conveyors are manufactured in self-supporting box design at any length required. Supporting length: up to 26 m. The bottom chord runs well protected within the closed box section. The conveyors are driven by V-belts on a maintenance-free attachable gear unit with a tensile stator or alternatively via an attachable gear motor. The drive drum is friction lined with rubber or ceramic. The Fiebig blade wiper ensures a clean top chord. The belts are equipped with unilateral or bilateral gangways. Two round pontoons on several water-light compartments with funnels and swivel form the floating transfer station. A motor starter box for the drive, cable emergency switches and the belt guard is located at the head end of the belt. The belts’ flow rates will be adjusted to fit the client’s individual requirements.

The above floating heap conveyor has a length of 60 m and a dropping altitude of 12 m above the water line.
