COMBI TWINWELD

This system combines the productions of the machine “P-Twin-Weld” and the machine “C-Twin-Weld”, it produces both coils and panels made of electrowelded mesh with a twin welding unit. There are two units positioning the cross wires and welding them contemporaneously: in this way, the longitudinal wires may advance at almost a double rate (two longitudinal paces per each welding) and the production speed is almost doubled (diameters of rolled wires must be < 6mm).
It is fed by coils, both for longitudinal and cross wires (cross reels coils may be motorized).
Once set the various units and inserted the program inputs, the production of a coil of given dimension is fully automatic (straightening, positioning, welding).
Each one of the two welding units is equipped with pneumatic cylinders; the number of transformers is proportional to the mesh maximum width, so to guarantee the uniform distribution of the electrical current in all the welding points. Each transformer features its own control from the main board and the operator adjusts the parameters via software
The cutting of coiled mesh, the unloading and the stacking of panels and coils are automatic.
This plant is recommended for its very high productivity and also for its good flexibility of producing both coils and panels
